Method of use

• Spend a few minutes using your hands to rub and massage The Oh My Health Salt Scrub in circular motions onto dry skin for full and longer-lasting coverage.
• Start at your feet and massage the Oh My Health Salt Scrub in a circular motion up the legs and the torso.
• Continue at your fingertips and massage up the arms working your way towards the heart. It is important to maintain a gentle pressure not to damage the skin.
• Rinse it all off with warm water.
• Now you can soak in the tub for about 30 minutes.
• When you get out of the tub, do so slowly.
• Pat skin dry and moisturise within three minutes.
• If you use a body lotion as moisturiser on exfoliation days it is best to use a body oil as the pores are open to absorb oil best.

Caution

Avoid Essential Oils and Essential Oils products in pregnancy. Do not take hot baths and salt baths (including Epsom Salt baths) if you have heart trouble, high blood pressure or if you are diabetic or pregnant. Be careful not to over scrub. Though your body skin is heartier than the skin on your face, it is susceptible to irritation. Always moisturise after you’ve dried off for smooth, nourished skin.
